the ABSOLUTE worst! I've used this service twice now for parking tickets and each time have had trouble. The tickets don't load when you need them or they're never "delivered" appropriately. Hundres of dollars lost on their opportunistic, high priced tickets that they refuse to refund as they expect the buyer to call and coordinate refunding or issues live and in the moment of all the chaos that comes with concerts. Incredibly inconsiderate customer service as well. I will NEVER order again

theft. if I could give this a negative review I would. they have yet to refund my order that they issued in September. I have reached out several times and I continue to be told to wait 72 hours my issue is escalated. its been over a month and I again was told 72 hours. this is almost $500 dollars. they dont care about anyone but themselves.
