TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE!. first they canceled and rescheduled the concert for a weekday which I can not attend. they did not notify me until the day after the original day the concert was supposed to be. I only found out due to a Facebook post from the band. after I had already drove 2 hours to get there. then the kicker was the parking they sold me was a 2.5 hour walk. couldn't get in to park until 5pm had to be out of the lot by. midnight. so had it even happened we would have missed most of show

Poor Business Tactics. If you are a Canadian customer, be prepared to see listing CLAIM to be in Canadian dollars, but they are in fact US dollars, and you will find the exchange processed to your credit card (or, other payment option)

the absolute worst experience of my life. Stubhub used the bait and switch technique when purchasing ticket back in July 2025. Just a few weeks before the concert stubhub gives me a ticket behind the stage. Save yourself grief and regret Stay away from Stubhub

this app will take your money, leave you without tickets and customer support is a joke. I spent over an hour trying to get my tickets with no success. 280 dollars wasted, they will not refund. they make ticketmaster look like the good guys.

Not reliable for tickets I have bought from this service about 4 times now and every single time theres always a problem- not releasing tickets on time- if they ever existed at all. Janky customer service, non existent links for alternate tickets. Every single time I have been on the customer service line literally leading up to minutes before the event trying to reach to some solution. my last straw was when I flew in for a Tame Impala concert the floor ticket which I bought MONTHS ago.

did fine till we had one mistake happen and then all they do is send you to overseas agents who don't understand the problem and tell you that you're going to get links for stuff that you're never going to get. Never using Stubhub again as they just go through ticketmaster anyway.

Your app will not transfer general admission tickets because it doesn't recognize there are no seats. Why on earth can you guys not let users enter this information when your app can't? Multiple complaints...no action. Sad
