App keeps saying there is a App . problem that is being worked on, it's been close to four weeks now, what is going on TOYOTA?

The app has been down for about 4 weeks. toyota is a multi-hundred-billion dollar company you'd think they could pay or hire an IT team to handle something like that within hours, days maybe, but weeks? This is looking like months. I want to be able to start my car from the app when winter comes. The features promised in this app were large factors toward purchasing a Toyota in the first place. Do better.

THIS SHOULD BE FREE. This app has always been terrible but its gotten worse somehow. Now they only allow monthly payment, no yearly discount. More expensive AND I can't get an activation code to even use it. I've lost $30 now. Useless app, I would give zero stars if possible. A rip off, terrible customer service, no one even at the dealership could help me.
