Utter dog sh of an app, whoever made this needs to be sent adrift. App check in was absolutely pointless, still has to check-in in person and after checking in, it wouldn't let me take the pics for the inspection. Absolutely embarassing

very slow and always refreshing and most of the time it will not work so you have to call customer service.... not a good app

I'm not sure if it's giving me the information for my area? my friend in Arizona paid 99 PAC and store for 15 days and then unloaded in her new apartment which is about 3ml away and she had big pieces and the only diffence with me is I'm on the 3rd floor, her total was 491, I need the organizers also but not to unpack

Clearfield manager is rude to me and wife twice. I've been a customer for 5yrs now! so we went and moved our property into ogden utah uhaul ..the management of ogden said that they've heard from others about her as well. not very good people skills nor is she professional of her position at all.. very frustrating dealing with her ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐

The app wouldn't let me create an account. Then, after I created an account online, the app still wouldn't let me sign in using my credentials. Uninstalling.

I donโt recommend 112 Clarke Rd. The general manager, Fatima, was rude and made me feel harassed when I suggested that they might need another person to help support the line. Having only one person to provide information and assist customers is not enough. I also asked for help using the app to make a reservation because it wasnโt working, but I never received an answer. Instead, she transferred me to another location. In the end, I spent two hours just to get the truck from a different branch.
