not working properly, can't access customer service , can't enter the competitions. had to uninstall

It is the worst app I ever used. Can't even sign in again. Quality of product is very very much cheap. Now I can't return my product becuse of sign in issue. I wasted my 500rs on a product which is not even worth of 30rs. And coustomer service is also not working. If you try to have a chat with them it says,"you have to sign in" which I can't.
