The caregiver we found was perfect. The App however is awful. Full of glitches. No notification pop-up for text from caregiver. Had to use texting outside the app. Good service but the app is programmed so bad it's close to not functioning.

the app has been a little buggy for a couple years now like they aren't really doing updates but I love the ability to get on demand dog walkers easily

horrendous app setup... if you are in a pinch dont use this. spent 30 min setting up and the pet sitter search never gave me anything. smh its 2025... how does only your app suck?

When I first used Wag I booked a sitter then at the ladt minute that sitter canceled. I didn't understand the app and the instructions with the cancelation were vague. I could not figure out how to contact Wag about the cancelation not know Wag would find a replacement. My first review was 2 stars because of this. I've revised the review since they booked such a great pet care oerson for us.

It seems like the people offering walks and sitting services aren't being treated fairly. They're losing out on money because the system keeps them from being able to request certain jobs. And when they reach out for help, nothing gets fixed-they're just told to wait until the next day and try again. It's really frustrating and unfair.

takes forever to load and customer service is useless. tried to cancel the account and was told the only way to do so was to scan my DL. I didn't use my DL to sign up and refused to give it to cancel the account but was basically told oh well. sucks to suck. also not BBB accredited.
