won't let you pay a diffrent amount

autopay was setup and it did not go through. I removed autopay and paid manually before the next day so I'd be on time for payment and it still says autopay is going through. im hoping it doesn't take another payment because the only card the app would process without freezing was my visa and there's no more money in that account. no one answered the phone calls or emails around 3pm on a Wednesday. this is frustrating when I'm scared my car will be towed because theres no way for me to pay!
