They made it incompatible with my smart phone. Granted, it is 7 years old, but what was the need to discontinue it working with my Android 8? Why should I spend several hundreds of dollar to replace a perfectly working phone ?

What a ripoff. TM charges me a service fee when I do everything online. No human interaction on their part. When is the Consumer Affairs Bureau going to put an end to this monopoly and act in best interest of the consumers?
