App never tells you when something is sold out. Have to repeatedly search to see what's available. Nav is poor. Purchase flow is poor.

the single most inconvenient way to attend events, nothing but a pathetic monopoly, this should not be required, don't support them ever.

absolutely horrible app. I was in cue to get tickets and after trying to filter the ticket prices it didn't let me see any tickets. First time using this app and it kicked me out of cue after trying to get back to the tickets and it restarted my position back and had to wait. Trash app.

I should never need to download an app to use something I already paid for. I used to be able to use the website to retrieve my tickets. Service gets worse while service fees remain the same. More a criticism of the company than the app though.

Waited 1 hour in pre-sale for the app to get stuck just as I was going to pay for my seat.
