cant sign in the app properly to view my tickets

Couldn't transfer a ticket using the app or the website and the chat feature is an (upto) 24 hour wait for a response. Not impressed.

Standing in the rain outside a venue, the app that I've already used today has logged me out, then forgotten my password, and when I get into it it's still showing the ticket I transferred to my wife which has been used and won't let me in... what a terrible user experience, and I didn't even buy my ticket from TM, it's been imposed on me by a venue they own

good app for finding entertainment events. the handling fees cost just about as much as the actual tickets though. it is kind of nice that I can get notified when my selected entertainers come to my area.

This app is very anti-consumer. It doesn't stay on location you have input, doesn't keep dates you entered. I will remove from my device after my event tomorrow. I was forced to 'save' my credit card though I removed it from app as soon as it posted to my credit card . OMG Playstore won't let ME correct a typo.
