I'd give it a 4, but it tends to take a while to load. it could be my phone, though.. Overall, it's really handy and let's me order online and pick up on my next visit. pretty cool.. thanks, Costco

Updated: Much improved!! [2025]. ----- Annoyingly slow and always buffering. The app *refuses to recognize my correct warehouse location - even from the parking lot of the store - and the button to "select my warehouse" is jumbled and doesn't work. Also USELESS in the store. It's 2023 - fix your in store connectivity so your own app works. These are all baseline, common sense customer experience issues.

Fix your app ! Tried to renew my membership 2 times within 2 weeks, says it cannot be processed at the moment. If you're unable to give that option, DON'T PUT IT ON YOUR APP !
