App is horrible, pharmacy part is its saving grace. Without pharmacy portion, zero stars! Cannot search without it having a brain lock! (I am being nice) Save your time and just go directly online,that works. They really need to spend a dime for an app that works as good as their store personnel. So far,another swing and a huge miss! (AGAIN)

With it only being 3 dollars for 2 day shipping, it's worth it to get essentials delivered instead of always going to the local warehouse. Viewing the cart from the bar of icons on the bottom of the screen does not work. One has to add a new item to view the cart, then edit it. A technologically literate person can navigate this, but this would be harder for older ppl who often deal with disability and would benefit from the ease of 2 day shipping.

Everytime I got to try to purchase an item from the shop online, it says a Costco membership is required. It is already linked to my membership. I re enter my membership number and nothing happens. This is a new issue the past few weeks, never happened in the years before.

This is ridiculous that I can't log in to my account on my phone because I'm logged in to another device. It's telling me to ask member services for assistance. I guess I'll just go to another store since Costco doesn't want my money. I have a membership and can't even use it. I'm not going to membership services to fix this issue. Call it petty, but I should be able to log in on whatever device I please. Sometimes I use my phone and sometimes I don't have it on me so I'll use my partner's.

App gets stuck on page searching for a warehouse (which is the first thing it does when you start). It's literally unusable for me. I've never left a review for an app before, but I've never seen one that simply doesn't work at all. Zero stars would be my choice but I'm required to give it at least 1.
