super excellent. very nicely put together. my only input would be to add a feature for women to sync deload with their menstrual cycle. women wanna be strong too and this is the feedback I've heard.

Question. I'm looking for a 531 app where I start with the heaviest set and drop weight with more reps so 135 IYSWIM. I'm using the wendler app but if I set it up it only uses the last set to calculate progression. I also need an app that can have different bar weight for each exercise. thanks
