horrible update. whatever you did to mess this app up, you need to undo it and go back to what it was. You can't even find the most recent ads anymore. I don't even want to use the app. I don't want to shop at Kroger now. I'm just going to go to Meijer. their app doesn't suck now. yours does

I used to love this app until they just updated it, and now every time you get on there, it is so hard to find your grocery list, not the cart, I need the grocery list. You used to be able to click on an item and scroll down and see items associated with that item and you can't do that now, you have to specifically type everything in now.

App degrade. What was the point of an app "upgrade" that makes it less useful? Now, you can't find your reward points. They made it no easier to find and apply "digital deals." The same $5 in "cash rewards" that won't load to my card are still sitting there, as they have for years. The growing frustrations with Kroger's high prices and ripoffs (prices frequently $1 to $2 per item over Walmart) and the clunky app mean I will keep spending more and more elsewhere.

update 10/19/2025: New app no longer allows you to sort clipped coupons. You can sort all available coupons (newest, expiring, value as well as in store, delivert and pick up). However, you can't sort the clipped coupons. This is a problem for me, I shop with my coupons expiring first. I don't want to have to scan thru 68 clipped coupons to figure out what is going to expire first. Why would you remove that feature? I have to go online to still do that. Makes your app useless.

Latest update requires three clicks to do a search. The previous version was only one click. Why do companies insist on "improving" their apps like this?

I love the app itself but these updates and constant changes are making it harder to build list and find stuff in the store. Several versions ago was perfect but it seems once a month or so it completely changes all over again. Update: PLEASE stop doing major overhauls to the app. Every time is was more user friendly before you go changing things.

Can't even log onto the app or website anymore. Useless to me.
