What a ripoff. TM charges me a service fee when I do everything online. No human interaction on their part. When is the Consumer Affairs Bureau going to put an end to this monopoly and act in best interest of the consumers?

Every time I attempt to buy any concert to a big name artist, the cue is so long, by the time it's my turn, everything is on 3x-10x markup resale prices. For YEARS Ticketmaster has ALLOWED this kind of scams continue. uninstalling. bored and over it

App never tells you when something is sold out. Have to repeatedly search to see what's available. Nav is poor. Purchase flow is poor.

absolutely horrible app. I was in cue to get tickets and after trying to filter the ticket prices it didn't let me see any tickets. First time using this app and it kicked me out of cue after trying to get back to the tickets and it restarted my position back and had to wait. Trash app.
